About
I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in Portland, Maine, specializing in the support of children, adolescents, and adults. With over a decade of experience in both psychological assessment and therapy, I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the individual needs of each person I work with.
I place great value on honesty, openness, and humility, and I integrate these principles into my daily practice. I believe that true transformation begins when a person feels genuinely seen and heard. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can express themselves freely—whether through moments of lightheartedness or more challenging conversations. I am here to listen, support, and collaborate with you.
I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from William James College in 2016. My training, which has spanned hospitals, community mental health clinics, and school-based settings, has provided me with a broad and nuanced understanding of mental health across the lifespan.
Training Experience:
F. L. Chamberlain International School, Middleborough, MA (2012-2013)
Arbour HRI General Adult Program Partial Hospitalization, Brookline, MA (2013-2014)
North Shore Counseling Center, Beverly, MA (2014-2015)
Bentley University, Waltham, MA (2015-2016)

In my private practice, I offer psychotherapy and psychological evaluations, with a focus on ADHD, learning disabilities, and mood disorders. I work collaboratively with children and their families, providing compassionate, research-informed support to address challenges.
When an individual walks into my office, my guiding principle is to offer valuable support through therapy, assessment, and/or consultation enhancing well-being and inspiring lasting, positive change.
